Arrangements and Policies
At Wines of Paarl, we aim to provide a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable wine safari experience. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and pleasant journey: 1. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour departure will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour, no-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling Policy We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. 3. Check-In Procedure Guests are required to arrive at Simonsvlei Winery at least 15 minutes prior to departure.Tour guide will meet you here. 4. Safety Guidelines To ensure everyone’s safety, all guests must strictly adhere to the following rules and regulations: • Remain seated at all times while the vehicle is in motion. • Fasten your safety belt securely. • Keep all body parts (head, hands, feet, etc.) inside the vehicle at all times. • Exit the vehicle only when the tour guide has opened the door. 5. Right to Enforce Rules Our tour guides and Wines of Paarl reserve the right to remove any person(s) who fail to comply with the above safety guidelines or display inappropriate behaviour.
